D.O. Rueda Grapes: 100% Verdejo Ageing: Stainless Steal Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with golden tones, translucent and crystal clear. Aromas of fresh-cut grass, anise, fennel, hay and hints of apple. In the mouth, it is ample, robust, fresh and very well-balanced. The finish is very persistent, full-bodied, with a lasting aftertaste.	Additional Information The Winery (founded in 1996), with its own venerable vineyards and cutting-edge technology, boasts a wide range of wines – white, rosé and red – all prestigious in National and International markets. Our vineyards cover 190 hectares, of which 160 correspond to white grapes (Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viura) and 30 to red varietals (Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garnacha and Syrah). The Winery is built in traditional Castilian architectural style: face brick, stone, wrought iron and wood. It has advanced technological equipment, ideal for a modern, high-quality elaboration, while maintaining the traditional principles of the area. We have immersed ourselves in continuous R+D+I programmes (Research, Development and Innovation). This denomination rises between 700 and 800 metres above sea level, with flat but high lands that bear up under very long, cold winters, short springs with late frost and hot, dry summers. Being located in the centre section of the Duero River depression, the land constitutes a highland plain with soft contours and slopes subject to the Atlantic winds. These are dark grey lands, rich in calcium and magnesium, stony but easy to work, with good aeration and drainage. The first Denomination of Origin (D.O.) recognized in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, the D.O. Rueda was authorized on 12 January 1980
